Delicious food. Loved the escargot appetizer and branzino entree. Service was great--they even got us in without a reservation. Such a nice night.

Incredible. Great ambience. Started with the tenderloin bruchetta and warm goat cheese salad. Bruchetta was incredibly tender and a perfect bite. Great flavors. The warm goat salad was fresh and the goat cheese was delicious. The veal entree was full of flavor and melted in your mouth. Scallops were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Can't wait to go again.

Great great food, for big big price. Couldn't help but feel they where trying to rush us out of there, because of our dress. If I'm paying $50 for a steak I'm not wearing a suit.

I have admit to being very discriminating (picky) about my dining experiences. I think I have a really good sense of taste and love to cook myself. Collage was one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. We were seated immediately and had a young woman waitress (Hannah?) who was super. She obviously knew her stuff from the way she poured wine, to the way in which she interacted with her diners. She was really great! The food was superb. Four of us had four different entrees and everyone raved about their dishes. Being my picky self I have one small “complaint” which was that ravioli that was part of my dinner was too doughy. A thinner shell would have been better to me. Other than that the whole experience was wonderful and I would go back in a second.

Had a nice dinner for my husband's birthday, the flounder was so fresh and tasty. The tables were a little close together but the atmosphere was very romantic. Would have liked to be able to sit a little closer to my date.

Service was impeccable, dinner was delicious and affordable for the quality and large quantity of food you receive. The little touches they provide during your visit are noticeable and appreciated. We will be back for sure!

Great, intimate restaurant! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious! My wife had the beef medallions and I had the blackened Grouper. The flavor profiles were subtle and full, a real master piece! Couldn't recommend enough!

Awesome place to eat! Food was totally excellent! I had the duck, so tasty and tender! Nicole was great. My wife had the corvina! Excellent also. I think the Caesar salad may be the best I have ever had. Highly recommend!!

I ordered the Beef Tenderloin Oscar. It was cooked perfectly as requested, medium-rare and was scrumptious. Beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. I am eager to return.

Before coming to Saint Augustine I researched Yelp, Opentable, and Trip Advisor for the top rated restaurant to take my wife for our Anniversary dinner. Collage was #1. I easily made reservations on Open Table. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and seated. Jessica was our server and she was top notch. She discussed the specials and got everything on the order exactly perfect. Every single item on the menu that we had was delicious and amazing. It came out hot and cooked to order. The ambiance is quaint and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening and cannot think of one thing that needs changing. If you are reading this review then believe the hype and come here. You won't be disappointed!

This restaurant is exceptional. I had the catch of the day monk fish with risotto and squash and broccoli. Toasted almond ice cream for dessert was outstanding. Like eating a cold creamy macaroon. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely delish food. I ate there within the last week and I can say hands down one of the best restaurants in North Florida. The appetizer(tenderloin bruschetta) was incredible, the main dish(8oz. beef tenderloin with truffle butter) was the best dish I've had in ages and we finished the meal with a dessert called The Bougainvillea dessert. It was as good as the rest. Just amazing food all-around and the staff was very friendly and knowledge and just excellent. One of the owners (I think) even came out to make sure we were happy. Outstanding service all-around. Definitely recommend and it won't be the only time I go there.

My favourite restaurant in St Augustine. Excellent menu and a good wine list, the duck is always cooked to perfection. Lovely atmospere.

My wife and I along with friends of ours dined in on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend - What an experience! I've never seen a staff so in sync and working as a team. All were exceedingly friendly and professional. The food was SUPERB! I had the Paella special and it was exquisite. My wife had the filet and it was expertly cooked to the requested temperature. A must stop for anyone looking for a true fine dining experience. Will be a frequent stop for us when in St Augustine.

I offer reviews with no grade inflation so five stars means that this venue exceeded my expectations across all categories.Service was outstanding- attentive, personalized and friendly without being over the top or intrusive.The wine list for a restaurant that is on the smaller size was excellent (though admittedly my wife and I had Prosecco.)I had the seafood special which was prepared excellently from the presentation down to the texture and accompanying veggies.My wife had a steak with house made sauces which were flavorful and unique.We were too full for dessert, unfortunately, so our meal ended when the sparkling bubbles dried up.Not only would I dine here again, it will make my list of recommendations across my network.

Delicious, delicious food. Beautiful decor. Servers attentive but not overly attentive. Highly recommend!!! Be aware--it is more expensive than most restaurants in St Augustine but worth every penny.

The best food and romantic ambiance.

This is by far one if the best dining experiences my fiance and I have ever had. In the heart of down town with the Christmas lights still lit, makes for a magical ambiance. The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the entrees. We skipped dessert because we satiated. Make sure you save room because the menu looks exquisite.

Awesome food! We felt like it was almost unfair to the restaurants that we still had reservations with over the remainder of our trip.

Delicious! We dined there last night: I had the quartet del mar and my boyfriend had the pork duo. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the entire experience: great atmosphere, wonderful service, and amazing food. Our server was excellent, made good recommendations, and researched the ingredient-specific questions I had about the menu. We didn’t have room for dessert, so I can’t comment on it, but everyone around us seemed to enjoy theirs! We will definitely return.

What a lovely, intimate little restaurant! My husband and I spent an extravagant date-night here and sampled and savor from just about every part of the menu! The carrot-datil pepper soup was delectable, the salads and appetizers plated in a unique, lovely way, and the main course was mouth-wateringly savory. We enjoyed their selection of cocktails, wine, and port.The service was equally stellar; it is clear the waitstaff are professionals who enjoy their chosen career. Choose Collage for an intimate, child-free date night--there is no children's menu!

5 star experience. Make a reservation only 15 tables. Food was to die for. Lobster ravioli and pork shoulder were on point. Tried the escargot that was on of my favorites. This place is pricy but totally worth it for social ocassion. No liquor license beer and wine only

One of the best meals I've had in a long time! The service was also excellent. I had the Black Grouper dish and it was amazing! Highly recommend this spot for a romantic evening alone or double date.

High end restaurant with excellent food, creative presentations, and attentive service. We were advised to make a reservation well in advance, which proved sage advice, at least over the holidays. I look forward to going again when we are in the area.

A must visit for anyone in Saint Augustine, especially if you're visiting! Offering a great place for a quiet dinner with friends and family and the food here is something you'll never forget. Put those two together - and you create amazing memories!

As always Collage was delicious and it continues to be the best fine dining restaurant in Northeast Florida. I personally recommend the scallops with almonds and a popcorn (yes popcorn) puree. Enjoy!

Fm Ohio: Came here for the first time while on spring brake vacation for our sons special dinner for his16th birthday! Ohh my So glad while reading reviews to do so. We are big fans of fine dining as well as anything Steak & seafood. Before booking Collage came up as #1 out of 397 restaurants and the reviews hit this one right on the head! Best dinner! Best Service! The ambience in itself is a such a treat. His birthday was on a Tuesday and the place was booked solid! I highly recommend to book well in advance and try their surf and turf. Both the husband and all 3 boys say it was the best dinner they’ve ever had!!! Thank you College❤️

I give 5 stars VERY rarely for one reason. 5 star ratings need to be rare and this place reaches that level. The entire experience was superb.

One of the best meals we have ever experienced! The Chef is amazing! Definitely the Star Spot in Saint Augustine...You will need a reservation. Take the time to savor each morsel. We will be back for more. This restaurant should be on your list of NOT TO MISS.

I went here expecting to get their appetizer with lobster, but due to COVID they had a limited menu. At first I was disappointed but then when the Burrata came out... It might be my favorite appetizer I have ever had. Also I forget what it is called, but their dessert with butter fried strawberries is amazing! I wish I lived closer, I would eat here weekly.

What an experience. This place is simple wonderful. Their 4.8 star google rating is perfectly earned. Our meal was an extravagant achievement of decadent excess. It was simply scintillating! We had the Berkshire Pork Duo, and after this meal, I’d trust this chef to cook anything well. The service was complementary. The restaurant is waiting for their first Michelin Star. I have no doubt it will be forthcoming very soon. Great job team.

Very professional service and excellent food. I was able to request a special birthday dinner with personal planning and attention. Chef Natania is a hidden gem in heart of St. Augustine. I was able to try incredible foods I had never tasted before. I highly recommend this place for special occasions or even just a quiet romantic evening.

Every. Single. Thing. we had was incredible. EVERYTHING. We were blown away. The price wasn't even bad for the level of service we received and the level of decadence of the food! The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. And the owner went around to all of the tables to discuss the dinners. Fabulous place, we will certainly revisit.

Fabulous food and service. One of the best restaurants Northeast Florida. I have been coming for years. Collage is always stellar. I had the specials. Cedar key clams in a chorizo/ ham broth that was amazing. I could have dipped my shoe in the broth and it would have tasted great. Halibut was outstanding. Desert was coffee cake and donuts. Every bite was excellent. Think of the movie Ratatouille with flavor explosions. Great restaurant 👍

My lobster ravioli was a little light on flavor and the texture of the pasta was a bit weird. Though overall was well presented and overall I enjoyed my meal. Probably worth the higher price tag they charge. Service and ambiance was nice.
